Houyama. She's more than likely mentally ill, possibly from PTSD, rather than traditionally criminal.

There's a blue haired boy looking to pay off his debts. Supposedly. At any rate, not knowing anything about his crime or circumstances, it's possible that it was bad judgment from youth more than maliciousness.

Then lastly, Irving. It would be a useful relationship.
